How long does a boiler installation take from quote to commissioning?

A standard residential swap is installed within 3 to 7 business days of quote approval and takes one working day on site. Emergency no-heat replacements are scheduled within 24 to 48 hours. Cast iron conversions with new near-boiler piping and chimney liner de-commissioning usually take one and a half to two days.

Do you pull the TSSA permit and handle inspections?

Yes. Every gas boiler installation is permitted and completed to Ontario Building Code Part 6 and Part 7, B149 fuel code, and CSA B51 where the pressure vessel rules apply. We book the inspection, meet the inspector, and hand over the closed permit with the written workmanship warranty.
